Water Truck Driver

Kidco Construction is currently recruiting reliable and safety-conscious Water Truck Drivers to join our team for the 2026 season. Our Ideal Candidate: Possesses a valid Class 3Q driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation to the site Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a water truck driver or relevant construction experience Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and takes pride in their work Comfortable with pre-trip and post-trip inspections, filling the truck using a pump or from a hydrant, and driving the water truck on public roads Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting Willing to undertake physical labor when needed Works well both independently and as part of a team Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM   Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM   Sundays and long weekends off (voluntary shifts available)   What We Offer: Competitive Compensation:   Wage: $28 - $29 based on experience Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week   Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque   Commitment to Safety: Our Safety Excellence program includes:   COR Certification: Proudly held for 29 consecutive years   Dedicated Safety Personnel: Three dedicated safety professionals   Industry Participation: Active involvement in industry safety initiatives   Full Benefits Package: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
