WW+P Architects and Planners Inc. is looking for a Transit Lead to join our award-winning team in our Toronto Studio. We are looking for someone with senior-level infrastructure experience with a strong focus on the coordination and delivery of complex multidisciplinary transit infrastructure projects to lead pursuits and projects. The ideal candidate will be a Revit-capable Senior Architect with experience in transit design and project management. This position is both design and technically focused, requiring an individual who can synthesize strong design intent with technical resolution. The candidate would bring senior leadership capacity to the team, supporting the management of increasingly complex interfaces between architecture, engineering, phasing, operational stakeholders and client groups. 15+ years of experience; Experience in leading multidisciplinary transit infrastructure projects; Solid technical understanding of building construction including experience in transit projects; Exceptional design, communication, organization and interpersonal skills; Strong project management skills; Experience in Revit.
