We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations while supporting and motivating team members. Responsibilities Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members. Supervise staff to ensure policies, procedures, and food safety standards are followed. Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and POS operations. Ensure speed of service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Assist in scheduling and labor management to meet business needs. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner. Support management in achieving sales, labor, and service targets. Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or retail preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
