Work-life balance /35-hour workweek 4 weeks’ vacation (minimum) Education: Post-secondary diploma in television broadcasting or an acceptable combination of education, technical training, and experience. Experiences: Significant experience in television or audiovisual production, or in a similar professional broadcast production role; Experience directing live televised events; Technical knowledge of broadcast switchers and routing equipment; Knowledge of the proceedings, protocols, procedures, and practices of the House of Commons and the Senate; Experience scheduling staff supporting technical operations; Experience establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with partners and high-profile clients. Assets: Ability to review, develop, and/or improve operational procedures, gather requirements, and design, develop, and deliver training materials.
