· Supervising, co-ordinating and scheduling the activities of staff who prepares, portion and serve food to the guest. · Assist and train the staff in the job duties as a team member. · Training staff in sanitation and safety procedures. · Monitoring staff performance. · Resolving customer complaints. · Organising work priorities and procedures. · Ensuring the proper follow up of all the policies and procedures among the staff members. · Enforcing and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements

• Billingual
• full time 40 hours minimum
• Experience 1 year in restaurant
• Schedule 5am to 2 pm Wednesay to Sunday
