Century Mile Racetrack and Casino is hiring a part time S lot Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting the day-to-day operations of our gaming floor. The Role As a Slot Attendant, you will provide outstanding customer service to our guests while ensuring slot machine operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in creating a positive, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience. What You’ll Do Provide friendly, responsive, and professional customer service  Process jackpot payouts accurately and efficiently  Assist guests with machine use and provide change as required  Perform basic slot machine maintenance (e.g., filling machines, clearing bill/ticket jams)  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming floor  Monitor the gaming floor and report suspicious activity to Security or a Supervisor  Identify and report machine malfunctions requiring technical support  Maintain awareness of machine locations and floor operations  Work independently and collaboratively with team members  Follow all Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulations and company policies  Perform other duties as assigned  What We’re Looking For Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; gaming experience is an asset but not required  Skills:   Strong customer service and communication skills  Good organizational and time management abilities  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Positive, team-oriented attitude  Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain an AGLC licence and pass a criminal record check  Why Join Us?
