What we need  We are currently seeking Part-Time Servers, whose skills will contribute to our organisation’s mission. Their main role is to provide excellent customer service, serving customers quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.  What you’ll do  Greets customers, presents menus, answers questions, offers suggestions and takes orders; Provides fast, efficient, and courteous service; Prepares and serves beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards; Prepares invoices and collects payment; Effectively organizes, cleans and restocks service stations and dining areas; Performs opening and closing task checklists; Perform other related duties. Profile needed What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position High school diploma; Minimum three (3) years of experience in food and beverage and customer service; Experience with a POS system; experience with Lightspeed would be considered an asset; Diploma in hospitality, would be considered an asset; Knowledge wine characteristics and pairings, would be considered an asset; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Very good physical condition and endurance; working in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to lift 40lbs (18 kg);  Possess positive attitude, autonomy, and dynamism and a high attention to detail.
