Join us and help shape the future of wellness. What you will do: The Developer – Salesforce Specialist is an integral part of our collaborative and innovative IT team. As the primary Salesforce platform expert, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. You will serve as the technical authority, ensure the quality of deliverables, and actively contribute to the team's culture of technological excellence. Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.); Master and apply Apex development (triggers, classes, batch jobs, scheduled and queueable jobs) following platform best practices and governor limit management; Build advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain mastery of the full Lightning platform (Lightning App Builder, SLDS, Lightning Flow); Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture; Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder) to optimize business processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC); Act as the technical lead on Salesforce projects: define milestones, coordinate team deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives; Establish and enforce coding standards, governance frameworks (Salesforce DX, CI/CD, change sets), and deployment best practices; Mentor and coach team members on Apex, LWC, and multi-cloud design patterns; Champion the use of AI and AI-assisted development tools (AI vibe coding) to increase efficiency across all business functions and the full SDLC; Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will need: College or university diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; A minimum of five (5) years of deep, hands-on Salesforce development experience in a production environment; Advanced mastery of Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs, schedulable and queueable jobs); Mastery of Lightning: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App Builder, SLDS, Lightning Flow; Multi-cloud expertise: proficiency in at least two of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud; Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and change management (change sets, Copado, Gearset); Mastery of integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, Platform Events, Change Data Capture; Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities: Einstein AI, Agentforce, or equivalent tools; Salesforce certifications required (one or more): Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect; Experience using artificial intelligence in development environments (AI vibe coding, AI coding assistants); Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to support our operations outside Quebec; Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, MS Project, Asana).
