Kidco is Hiring: Single and Twin-Engine Scraper Operators We are seeking skilled Single  and Twin-Engine Scraper Operators to join our Earthworks Division for the 2026 season. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Scraper models such as CAT 621, 627, 637, 651, or 657 Proficient in bulking tasks, including stripping, bulking, and self-loading Experienced in the "push-pull" method on a twin-engine scraper  Finishing skills such as sloping and shaping are assets Experience operating Scraper in residential subdivisions is considered an asset Ability to follow plans and maintain production with a high attention to detail Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic Team player who excels in a collaborative environment Reliable transportation to the site and a valid driver’s license What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Wage:  $28 - $41 based on experience and equipment tryout performance Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week Pay Increases for strong performers Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque Strong Commitment to Safety: COR Certification: Kidco has held the Certificate of Recognition (COR) for 29 years Dedicated Safety Personnel: Our team includes three dedicated safety professionals Industry Participation: We actively participate in industry safety initiatives showcasing our commitment to the future of safety Full Benefits Package: Our benefits provider, Open Circle, covers dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
