The Sales & Brand Growth Lead is in charge of our local and market-level marketing to drive revenue and community engagement for Chick-fil-A Heartland. Reporting directly to the Operator, this active, community-facing leader builds strategic partnerships, scales our catering footprint, and accelerates local business momentum. Top 3 Role Priorities
Build local awareness and deep roots within the Mississauga community.
Proactively secure, manage, and scale corporate and event catering.
Use social media and creative digital campaigns to push Chick-fil-A Canada App adoption and mobile ordering. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Actively prospect, pitch, and secure catering orders from local corporate clients, schools, and organizations.
Analyze transaction trends and check averages to identify and capture untapped revenue streams in the Mississauga market.
Execute targeted local promotions to keep mobile ordering top-of-mind for guests.
Support the restaurant floor during peak hours as needed to ensure our marketing promises match our operational execution. 2. Local Brand Activation & Community Engagement
Plan, organize, and physically execute local community events and activations to boost brand visibility and engagement throughout Mississauga.
Identify and forge mutually beneficial relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses. Note: To maintain an inclusive environment for all guests, partnerships must remain strictly non-political and non-polarizing.
Manage the restaurant's localized donation requests and community budget through a structured, transparent process.
Partner with our Social Media Lead to plan a localized content calendar, ensuring timely promotion of local events, catering options, and national campaigns.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (Required). A Master’s degree in Marketing Management is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing, sales or retail environment.
Proven experience in restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage marketing, event management, or local media.
Strong familiarity with tracking marketing ROI, sales data, and local consumer trends. Execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing market priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Additional Information This posting is for an immediate, current vacancy. The base hourly rate for this position is CAD $20.00 – $25.00 .
