Parking provided.   Future challenges Reporting to   the Health Service Supervisor, the Nurse assumes responsibility for a range of nursing care surrounding biopsychosocial needs in an expanded role with workers. This includes responding to the following:   Organizes the physical environment and care to respond to emergencies occurring in work at heights, confined spaces, extreme cold and sometimes with limited resources;  Participates in the identification of clinical needs, collaborates in the implementation of awareness programs of various prevention components; makes the necessary links and follow-ups with the physician or Superintendent as requested; Provides teaching to the existing clientele (employees); Participates and supervises the management of a MEDEVAC, the orientation of new resources, the maintenance of a safe and clean physical environment according to the employer's expectations; Ensures the follow-up of the return to work (light work, ...) Performs other related tasks associated with this position.   What we are looking for Have a DEC in nursing and be a member in good standing of the OIIQ Minimum of 2 years of experience in the emergency department and/or occupational health with competence and experience in nursing in an expanded role; Workplace First Aid certification, or equivalent, WHMIS; Possess ACLS, TNCC, First Responder or PHTLS certifications; Be able to support the response brigade by participating in the Emergency Measures in place; Possess a valid class 5 driver's license;   Nice to have Holding a 1st cycle university degree. Good knowledge of MS Office suite software. Bilingualism (French and functional English).   Aptitudes  Work with a diverse and multicultural team. Autonomy of nursing practice, dynamism, positivity, respect, team spirit, and versatility; Manage stress and ambiguities.
