In this position you will

Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding Manage inventory and ordering

Position Requirements

1+ Years as a supervisor in Tim Hortons Demonstrated ability to set and achieve targets despite obstacles You tend to be an energetic and positive leader Track record of completing high-quality administrative tasks
