If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this might be the opportunity for you.   The Drive Ahead Greet customers and guide them through the service experience with professionalism and care Clearly document vehicle concerns and communicate service recommendations Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy Keep customers informed with timely updates and transparent repair timelines Process repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices with attention to detail Use dealership systems (CDK/PBS) to manage appointments and follow-up Meet service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction   Performance Essentials 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role (automotive experience is an asset) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with dealership software and digital tools Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours/week)   Bannister Accessories Competitive wages with a performance-based commission structure Extended benefits package , including health, dental, and vision care Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized Ongoing training and professional development   Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
