Work-life balance /35-hour workweek 4 weeks’ vacation (minimum) Education : Successful completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an acceptable combination of education, training and related experience. Experiences : Minimum 4 years experience leading construction projects, from requirements gathering to implementation, including issue management, stakeholder management and reporting; Experience working with subject matter experts in the field of architecture, engineering, security and construction; Experience coordinating and facilitating project deliverables across multiple disciplines and stakeholders; Experience managing and coordinating several medium to large sized, multi-year construction projects within a program; Experience managing project budgets, procurement, contracts, and tendering processes for construction or renovation projects; Experience applying project management practices, including governance, risk, quality, and change management; Experience working within public sector, government, or other highly regulated environments with multiple stakeholders and approval processes. Assets : Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; A registration and good standing membership as an architect or interior designer with a Canadian Professional association; Experience in leading projects and/or working with public sector clients.
