ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:  We are seeking skilled Professional Delivery Drivers, to join our team, based out of  BURFORD, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of fuel while upholding a high standard of customer service. Safety is paramount, and we expect our drivers to demonstrate safe driving practices and professional conduct on the roads and when interacting with customers. These roles will be for   DZ licensed drivers.  If this interests you, join our team.  This position requires flexibility to work  Afternoon Shift, on either Monday to Friday or 4 on 4 off rotation. Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of propane and petroleum products to our customers.  Inventory control of bulk products on trucks.  Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation.  Provide exceptional customer service and communication to customers, peers, dispatchers and supervisors.  Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customers’ needs  Use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being input and disposed of from the truck  WHAT WE OFFER: We offer career growth and development through on-the-job training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.   Competitive Compensation and shift premiums paid bi-weekly.  Paid 4 to 6-week detailed training program including TDG, WHMIS, and CPPI  Up to $2,000 in Driver Safety Bonuses available, paid quarterly  Employee Referral Program  Overtime available - paid after 44 hours  Start with 3 weeks paid vacation  Employer paid Health Benefits including dental and vision  Employer matched RRSP  Life and disability insurance   Free uniforms, outerwear, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)  Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)  ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2-year driving experience with  a valid commercial AZ or DZ license   Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to be a team player  The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment  Numeric ability and strong problem-solving skills  Ability to work a variety of shifts  This position is physically demanding, involving significant lifting and pulling in an outdoor climate.
