Overview

As a Product Manager at Air-tek, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact enterprise software to top-tier global airlines. Working closely with a cross-functional scrum team, you will translate product vision into well-defined user stories and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable features in alignment with customer needs and business priorities.

In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will be expected to work a minimum of three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to support agile ceremonies, collaboration with stakeholders, and rapid iteration

Serve as the Product Manager for one or more agile teams, maintaining and prioritizing a clear and actionable product backlog

Break down epics into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and a strong definition of done

Collaborate with product managers to align sprint-level priorities with the broader product roadmap

Participate in and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights from users, clients, and internal teams

Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to bring user-first enterprise products to life

Ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned on product and sprint goal

Support release and go-to-market activities in collaboration with the delivery and customer support teams

Continuously refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility, and business value

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in agile/Scrum environments, preferably in B2B enterprise software

Demonstrated ability to write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver iterative product improvements

Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, delivery, and support

Experience working on complex, enterprise-grade software projects with systems integration

Solid understanding of Agile principles, SDLC, and modern delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Aha)

Able to work collaboratively across functional lines and influence without authority

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Airline industry experience is an asset, but not required

CSPO, PSPO or equivalent (or higher) is an asset, but not required

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000 annually. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible to receive stock options. The salary range shared is intended as a guide; the final salary offered may vary based on factors including the experience and skillset of the candidate.
