Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Product Knowledge Engage customers with deep knowledge of produce—seasonality, taste, preparation, and sourcing Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and wellness goals Educate customers and teammates on product handling and storage to reduce waste and improve quality Promote new and seasonal products through demos and in-store conversation Product Handling & Merchandising Lead execution of compelling produce displays that reflect brand values and current trends Ensure pricing, signage, and merchandising standards are always up to date and visually appealing Monitor quality, freshness, and rotation—ensuring best-in-class presentation and minimal spoilage Collaborate on product assortment decisions and bring new ideas to elevate the department Collaboration & Operations Support store leadership in maintaining proper inventory levels, seasonal transitions, and order reviews Identify improvement areas in shrink reduction, sustainability practices, and storage methods Assist with receiving, storage, and prepping of produce, ensuring all SOPs are followed Mentor Produce Associates by sharing knowledge and helping them grow in the role Training & Compliance Completion of required Lessonly training modules Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability Other Duties Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
