Pilot Truck Driver Kidco Construction is looking for a safety conscious and skilled Pilot Truck Driver to join our Heavy Haul Division. Our Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of pilot truck driving experience in Calgary and surrounding area Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 preferred) with a clean driver’s abstract Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and critical thinking skills Knowledge of load securement, blocking, rigging, and chaining Commitment to working safely and efficiently Physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and crawling Performs daily maintenance and thorough safety checks Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 6–8 hours What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage Pay increases for strong performers Overtime pay after 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week Vacation/Holiday pay of 9.6% of each cheque Full Benefits Package through Open Circle, including dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
