A Payment Assurance (PA) Device Security Evaluator assesses client payment devices against Payment Card Industry (PCI) Device Testing Requirements (DTRs) for PIN Transaction Security (PTS), Software-based PIN Entry on COTS (SPoC), Contactless Payment on COTS (CPoC), and Mobile Payments on COTS (MPoC). The work requires a mixture of hardware, firmware/software, communications, and lifecycle knowledge with a focus on the security of these aspects of the device.
