Key Responsibilities Culinary Leadership Develop seasonal dessert menus for all three restaurants Design signature plated desserts, event desserts, and specialty items Ensure consistency and quality control across all locations Create recipes with standardized yields and plating guides Lead R&D for new concepts, events, and private dining experiences Develop holiday and feature-driven pastry programs Production & Operations Oversee centralized or distributed pastry production Create prep lists and production schedules for all locations Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures Monitor daily pars and minimize waste
