About this role

The School of Nursing at Trinity Western University invites applications for clinical supervisors, who will provide clinical supervision within an area of specialty. The ideal candidate should possess a MSN or BSN, have active practicing registration with the BCCNM, and current CPR/BLS. In addition, the candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in the area of specialty. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and oversee student experience at a clinical agency, evaluate and grade clinical assignments, participate in orientation to clinical agency and policies as appropriate, as well as complete Student Practice Education Core Orientation or equivalent. Further, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include keeping the Course Coordinator informed of student and/or clinical group progress or concerns, as well as acting as an ambassador of TWU to clinical agency. They will be required to attend the TWU New Clinical Supervisor workshop. Positions are currently available for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023.  TWU Nursing is accredited by the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing.
