Position Information Department:  P&A Supply Chain Location:  480 Gordon Baker Road Hybrid Status:  Contract - End date Dec 31, 2026 Reports to:  Manager, Supply Chain & Analytics   Summary of Responsibilities The P&A Operations Support role  provides operational and data support across supply chain execution and master data management. It ensures accurate tracking and communication of manifests, goods receipts, and ETAs, while maintaining high-quality master data integrity across systems. Key Duties & Responsibilities Procurement, Logistics & Operations Support Drive end-to-end visibility of inbound flow by managing manifests, goods receipts, and ETA updates while proactively identifying and resolving delays and discrepancies. Cross-Functional Communication & Issue Resolution Enable seamless coordination across supply chain, warehouse, and business teams by providing timely updates and resolving operational inquiries related to material status, classification, and procurement configuration. Master Data Management Maintain high-quality master data by ensuring accurate updates, validations, and system consistency across key supply chain and procurement processes. Continuous Improvement Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in logistics tracking, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Documentation & Process Governance Maintain up-to-date documentation of master data procedures, SOPs, and process standards while ensuring compliance and consistency. Other duties as assigned Experience Requirements Degree/Diploma:  Bachelor’s degree SAP training or certifications (e.g., SAP MM, SAP MDG, APICS/ASCM) considered a strong asset. Program of Study:  Business, Supply Chain or a related field. Years of Experience:   3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, master data management, or supply chain analytics within an ERP-driven environment (SAP preferred) Experience supporting or working with core supply chain master data domains (e.g., materials, vendors, procurement, inventory)  Exposure to SAP transactions and processes (e.g., goods receipt, purchasing, material master, or vendor master) Type of Experience:  Manufacturing, Wholesale or Retail   Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling), and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud. Experience working within SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred, particularly in integrating data across supply chain processes.  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and translate data insights into actionable outcomes.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong continuous improvement mindset and a focus on operational excellence and data integrity. Expected salary range: $60,000 - $70,000/per annum Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
