Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

The People Technology Technical Consultant will be responsible for supporting Oracle HCM reporting, interfaces, extracts, and related technical solutions to support effective people processes and business operations. This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Effective communication is essential to keep the HR team and Business Partners updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns. The Consultant will continually seek opportunities to enhance processes and standards and must handle confidential and complex assignments with discretion, judgment, and tact. Additionally, the Consultant will stay informed about the latest developments in Oracle HCM and related technologies while contributing as a strong individual contributor.
