Offroad Equipment Mechanic

Kidco is Hiring: Recruiting Heavy Equipment Technicians  We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Field Technician to support our growing maintenance team for the 2026 season. Our Ideal Candidate: You are an Apprentice or Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician with 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repairs. You have hands-on experience repairing heavy-duty machinery, including dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, packers, rock trucks, scrapers, and skid-steers, with brands like CAT, Komatsu, and John Deere. Extensive experience in engine diagnosis, rebuilds, and overhauls; diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hydraulic and electrical systems; repairing and diagnosing transmission and brake systems; general maintenance and running repairs. You are legally allowed to work in Canada. You possess a valid Class 5 license with air endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract. You have your own vehicle.
