MERCHANDISING/ SALES ASSOCIATE

Mighty Peace Harley-Davidson & Bannister GP Motorsports Reporting to the Apparel Manager, the Seasonal Team Member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience through outstanding merchandising, product knowledge, and sales support. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about motorsports, adventure, and the outdoor lifestyle. What You’ll Do Create a welcoming, high-energy environment by providing excellent customer service and sharing enthusiasm for our incredible products Drive sales through your outgoing personality, product confidence, and genuine customer connections Merchandise and maintain high presentation standards to elevate the showroom experience Learn and confidently speak to a wide range of products, including helmets, motocross gear, motorcycle gear, and lifestyle apparel Act as a liaison with the dealership team to smoothly transition customers interested in purchasing dirt bikes or ATVs on display Remain on your feet for most of the day and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Embrace and represent the motocross, snowmobile, and outdoor lifestyle, relating authentically to customers who share this passion Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported Comfortably take cash payments, count back exact change, balance tills, and do an end of day cash wrap. Help manage the flow of our busy season and add extra support for event days What We’re Looking For An inspiring, energetic individual with a warm, approachable personality and a strong drive to exceed expectations Retail or sales experience, with a genuine passion for selling gear and apparel customers love A strong work ethic with a “hustle” mindset—you stay positive, adapt quickly, and thrive on challenges Solutions-focused attitude with resilience and optimism A connection to motocross, snowmobiling, or similar outdoor activities is a strong asset Please understand this position is an every Saturday commitment  Why Join Us?
