Our company is called EKE INC. and we franchise Tim Hortons Restaurants which are of a Quick Service design serving a wide variety of Hot & Cold Beverages, Baked Goods, Breakfast and Luncheon items on our Menu. Our mission statement: To provide excellence in Guest Service while maintaining a clean, well organised restaurant through the equitable direction of a well trained and highly motivated EKE Team. We have 2 locations in Halifax and have been in business since September of 2004. In this position you will

Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding Manage inventory and ordering Why work for us? Requirements

- Must have at least 6 months managerial experience in any restaurant setting. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must pass a security and safety screening. All other requirements and job descriptions will be discussed during the interviewing process.
