As a Manager you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business. You are also an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. You thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day! Qualifications If you’ve had 1-3 years previous restaurant or retail management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment we’re interested. Communication is key, so you’ll need to speak and write English well. Comfortable using computers You’ll be managing sales goals, inventory, cash and other stuff that requires good math and analytical skills. Previous scheduling experience is an asset.
