We’re currently looking for a Lube Technician to join our Salmon Arm GM team. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build your skills in a fast-paced shop environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. The Drive Ahead (Role Duties) Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance services Inspect vehicles for wear and potential issues, reporting findings to the service team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop Assist technicians with general shop duties and support workflow efficiency Deliver quality workmanship while meeting service timelines Performance Essentials (Qualifications) Previous automotive or lube technician experience is an asset but not required Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) Bannister Accessories Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks and experience Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
