Compensation & Earnings Potential

- Base hourly wage $18/hr plus profit share, tips, and performance-based incentives (expected compensation up to $25-$30/hr all in)

What Is an Operator?

An Operator is responsible for running the day-to-day field operations of the business. This includes

- Overseeing multiple trucks and routes

- Coaching and developing sales and service team members

- Managing daily performance, revenue, and customer experience metrics

- Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards

- Acting as a leader on the floor and supporting the growth of the business

Sales Training & Development

- Learn how to confidently present pricing and build value on-site

- Develop objection-handling and closing skills

- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance

- Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills

No junk removal experience required. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Start each day at our Burnaby location and complete assigned routes

- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience

- Assess jobs and provide clear, on-the-spot price estimates

- Lead pricing conversations and close sales

- Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses

- Load trucks efficiently and responsibly

- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

- 19 years of age or older (insurance requirement)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Sales experience is an asset but not required

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

- Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
