Jr. Project Manager

At a Glance   Legrand  has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Electrical Wiring Systems Power Bus Way Team in  Mississauga, ON. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintain communication with stakeholders to achieve project success.   What Will You Do? Lead and manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring successful achievement of all project objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback, conducting post-project reviews, and implementing lessons learned. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Other duties as assigned.
