East team. About the Role As  IT Specialist L3  ( Implementation Specialist)      you   will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support to clients, managing their hardware, software, and network systems, and ensuring optimal system availability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful MSP system administration and project delivery in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Location: Montreal, Quebec Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Mode:  Hybrid What you will do Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, administration, and project related implementations. Participate in system upgrades, migrations and patch management. Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V. Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure and M365 solutions in order to assist or carry out projects like the following: Implementation of Autopilot (hybrid/cloud joined) Implementation of Intune policies ensuring proper configuration of devices and/or users Application packaging for Intune Migration of environments from on-prem to cloud in planned and staged manner. Windows 365 / AVD deployments File migration to SharePoint or Azure file share. Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus. Collaboration with internal teams and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives to deliver the desired satisfactory customer experience. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.     What you will need Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field DEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
