Internet Manager Bannister Chev Penticton is looking for an exceptional Internet Manager to join our dynamic, high performing team. This is a key role in our dealership focused on internet lead management, lead generation, customer follow up, appointment setting, CRM performance, service drive opportunities, fleet business development, and customer satisfaction . We are looking for someone who is organized, driven, great with people, and understands that speed, process, and follow up win deals. You will be joining a top performing store with a huge used vehicle operation, strong new vehicle brands, and access to over 600 preowned vehicles group wide. Full time hours Strong leadership that sets you up for success Industry leading pay plan with volume based bonuses EV Certified Dealer with access to EV, PHEV, and HEV vehicles Access to over 600 preowned vehicles group wide Extended health and dental benefits A focus on training and career development Company events, team building, holiday celebrations, and annual BBQs Opportunity for advancement and mobility within the Bannister organization Key Responsibilities Manage all internet leads with urgency and professionalism Track lead sources, response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and sold rates Work closely with the sales team to improve lead follow up and conversion Generate new lead opportunities through online, phone, email, text, and service drive activity Manage CRM tasks, customer follow up, and daily activity tracking Set appointments and help ensure customers are properly followed up with before and after their visit Create opportunities from the service drive, including upgrade options, trade appraisals, and equity mining Help generate and manage fleet business opportunities Monitor customer satisfaction and help deliver an excellent customer experience Support sales management with reporting, process improvement, and lead quality feedback Make sure every opportunity is handled properly from first contact to sold delivery Key Requirements Valid Class 5 or N Driver’s license Strong customer service, sales, or internet lead experience is an asset Excellent phone, email, text, and communication skills Strong computer, CRM, email, and internet proficiency Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow up tasks daily Professional appearance and strong presentation skills Hard worker who likes to win Positive attitude and strong team mindset Ability to track performance and help improve results If you want to be part of something bigger, enjoy working with customers, love creating opportunities, and want to join a dynamic team that is aligned, focused, and passionate about taking care of people, then we look forward to meeting you.
