Co-foreman : Earn between $60,000 - $75,000/year , based on performance Foreman : Earn between $75,000 - $89,000/year , based on performance ✅ Comprehensive benefits package after 90 days ✅ Company-provided truck, equipment, and all necessary tools ✅ Extensive initial and ongoing training
Perform hands-on installations of various systems using company-approved, high-quality methods Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck before heading to job sites Unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company warehouse
