We are currently seeking a customer service oriented, dedicated, and knowledgeable full-time Installed Sales Associate to join our Kelowna team. About the Role As an Installed Sales Associate, you will provide knowledgeable, customer ‑ focused support to clients exploring home installation projects. You’ll advise on product options, create accurate and detailed project quotes, and help guide customers through the installation process from start to finish. With a strong focus on service, communication, and organization, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and customers feel supported every step of the way. Your goal will be to maximize sales opportunities, uphold high service standards, and contribute to a positive, efficient installation experience. The key role responsibilities also include: Sales & Customer Service Engage customers with open‑ended questions to understand project needs and provide complete, detailed quotes. Identify and act on sales and referral opportunities across the store, maintaining strong follow‑up habits to improve close rates. Ensure customers have a positive experience throughout the installation process through clear and consistent communication. Follow up regularly with customers, vendors, and installers to provide timely updates and confirm project details. Participate in work events, markets, and community activities to promote installation services and represent the organization professionally. Product Knowledge Maintain up‑to‑date pricing information, including flyers and in‑store promotions. Stay familiar with stocked and special‑order products to support accurate project planning. Assist with merchandising, display setup, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming department. Suggest new products, categories, or vendors to store leadership as appropriate. Project Delivery Attend site visits to verify measurements and confirm project requirements. Coordinate project details with customers, installers, and vendors to keep installations on track and well‑communicated. Ensure documentation and processes are completed accurately to support smooth project execution.
