Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Brand Advocacy Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Engage customers in meaningful conversations, helping them discover products that align with their wellness goals. Represent the Healthy Planet brand, maintaining its values and mission in every interaction. Provide educational product knowledge and wellness guidance to customers. Sales & Strategic Support Use your sales expertise to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Create strategic approaches to upselling and cross-selling, while remaining focused on customers’ needs. Drive promotions and loyalty programs to boost sales and customer retention. Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to optimize product placement and increase sales. Team Collaboration & Store Operations Accurately process customer purchases using the POS system in a timely and friendly manner. Perform regular inventory checks and report findings to store management. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment in line with Healthy Planet’s standards. Follow all company policies and operational procedures to ensure a safe and compliant store environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and dynamic in-store experience. Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies for increasing customer engagement and sales. Training & Compliance Completion of required Lessonly training modules Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives Help drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops. Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability Other Duties Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & requirements 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles. Strong passion for health, wellness, and the products we offer. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to understand and apply sales techniques in a way that aligns with Healthy Planet’s mission. Knowledge of customer behavior, market dynamics, retail sales strategies, and product offerings. Solid organizing and merchandising skills. Ability to multitask while staying attentive to customers and flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Education or certifications in wellness, health, or nutrition is a plus. Physical ability to perform essential duties, including standing for extended periods, moving, reaching, lifting, crouching, and climbing ladders. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
