The Role As a result of our robust growth, we are expanding our team of Harvest Professionals.   Reporting to the Harvest Manager, the duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality and accuracy.   The successful candidate will have the drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet the established criteria. As a leader of the harvest crew, you must be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. Excellent people management and communication skills are essential to build effective crew and organizational relationships.  Requirements: Minimum of a Fishing Master III  Valid passport  Able to enter into the United States  Willingness to travel and work flexible hours  The Opportunity The role description is just one part of the story.
