Grader Operator

Kidco is seeking a skilled and dedicated Grader Operator to join our Earthworks division. Ideal Candidate: Experienced in operating motor graders, including CAT 12, 14, and 24 models (M and H series) Proficient in achieving final grade using grade stakes or GPS Familiar with onboard GPS systems such as Topcon or Trimble Has previous Experienced in performing finish work in residential subdivisions Capable of performing daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment Team player with excellent collaboration skills Reliable transportation and a valid class 5 driver’s license Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM   Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM   Sundays and long weekends off (voluntary shifts available)   What We Offer: Competitive Compensation:   Wage: $25 - $35 based on experience Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week   Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque   Commitment to Safety: Our Safety Excellence program includes:   COR Certification: Proudly held for 29 consecutive years   Dedicated Safety Personnel: Three dedicated safety professionals   Industry Participation: Active involvement in industry safety initiatives   Full Benefits Package: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
