In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, General Managers are responsible for

Providing overall leadership, establishing a sense of urgency, being a role model for the team Working “hands-on” with the team Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always Hiring and training their staff Promoting their operation in the local market Coordinating in-store promotions Developing and meeting financial plans

• Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry
