General Labourer - Hollowcore & Wetcast Stubbe’s is a reputable family-own ed and operated company wi th over 40 years of experience in the industry. Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services. Positions available in Harley, ON ( between Brantford and Woodstock) Straight shifts available in our plants Dayshift 6am-5pm Monday-Friday Nightshift 5pm-5am Monday-Friday + $3.50hr shift premium! Your Day to Day:  Work in an organized and safe manner according to the Occupational Health & Safety Act and company policies  Work according to Stubbe’s quality control standards  Operate specialized concrete fabrication equipment including, overhead crane, forklift/pay loader, and other various (power) tools  Assemble hardware according to procedures and drawing specifications  Load precast concrete components using proper stacking methods  Install cages and pull strand before tensioning  Place, vibrate, and finish concrete  Expectations for the Role:  Engage in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment - similar to a construction site but indoors  Repetitive tasks that involve heavy lifting, with the ability to lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 50lbs Ability to read a tape measure (metric/imperial) and drawings an asset Experience as a labourer in concrete an asset Set up, adjust, and operate specialized machinery to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete according to specific requirements Place reinforcing rods or wire mesh in molds and pour concrete from suspended buckets into molds  Adapt to additional duties as needed to support operational requirements Able to speak and read English is an asset Qualities We Value:  Reliability and dedication  Collaborative spirit Integrity and honesty Sense of ownership  Strong work ethic Commitment to safety What We Offer:  Competitive starting rate Paid overtime  Consistent, predictable shifts Steady work year-round  Benefits plan Matching program for Group RRSP Work boot allowance  Clothing allowance  Internal career advancement opportunities through succession planning How to apply: Please submit resume, along with your wage expectations and shift you are interested in.    Stubbe's is committed to providing accommodations to those individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
