Job Posting Date: Feb 1, 2026 Join our growing team! We are looking for young and dynamic persons to work at our Restaurant! As a food service supervisor at Tim Hortons, your top priority is to lead daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food service delivery, oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for upholding hygiene, safety, and customer service standards at all times. You will manage inventory, handle customer concerns, and support continuous improvement. In this position you will

· Establish methods to meet work schedules . Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food · Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures · Estimate and order ingredients and supplies · Ensure and comply food service and quality control · Report, address & resolve customers' complaints or concerns · Prepare and submit reports, records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage and others as needed · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage · Work, in a fast-paced, food service environment while supervising and co-coordinating activities for staff who prepare & provide customer service · Recruit, train and evaluate staff on sanitation, food safety and all other job duties as required · Complete restaurant ordering, scheduling, cleaning and maintain records of inventory, repairs, training, disciplinary actions, sales & waste · Prepare/ submit required reports, provide necessary tools for team · Adhere to Tim Hortons standards, including receiving and all of the preparation/ maintenance of products/equipment, passing all audits · Learn all work stations and team member rolls, to assist in cross-training · Count and audit float and registers as needed · Perform other job duties as required Who can apply? Requirements

• Education: High school
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position and environment
• Language: Knowledge of English is mandatory, French could be an asset
