The bigger picture We’re looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in Saskatoon. This exciting opportunity requires flexibility to support our three locations in Saskatoon including six-day service in some locations. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. How you’ll be spending your time Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets The way people describe you You are a natural leader who enjoys empowering others to be their best. You are comfortable providing balanced feedback to your team and continually seek opportunities to increase efficiency and share ideas for improvements. You enjoy collaboration, welcome diversity, and can work effectively with a range of personality types. In addition, you are credible and trustworthy. The experience you bring Direct experience with customer service Formal or informal leadership exposure Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues, such as resolving member complaints or system errors Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements Must be comfortable in establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems. Salary Range $ 56,540 - $70,670 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target Benefits & Perks
