DesignAgency is currently looking for an Interior Design Professional to manage the Toronto Studio Library and all vendors while reporting to the Senior Designer - FF&E Team Lead. You will collaborate and develop excellent working relationships with suppliers as well as colleagues in the studio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams on specific projects while sourcing interesting new materials and products.  Roles and Responsibilities To be considered, the FF&E Library Coordinator should demonstrate skills in Design, Leadership and Management, as below.  Design Demonstrate real curiosity about design trends, issues, materials and products Manage and maintain the materials library in the Toronto Studio Participate in the design dialogue and studio culture Assist in product and materials research Continually increase the quality of design documentation for clarity accuracy, comprehensiveness and consistency Assist in creation of sample and presentation boards as required  Strive to reduce rework, errors, and omissions Leadership Proactively share design knowledge with other team members Create sound relationships with colleagues and vendors Work with project teams to obtain material pricing for projects as required  Management Continually improve an organized and environmentally sustainable materials library in the Toronto Studio Demonstrate excellent personal time management with an ability to prioritize tasks Manage all supplier events such as coffee breaks and lunch & learns Manage supplier updates for Toronto studio library Maintain DA global studio supplier database  Research new and innovative suppliers Create DA Global Studio monthly newsletter with new products and updates  Assist project teams with styling and setup of select projects  Excellent organizational skills – self motivated and a dependable collaborator Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks  Use Ajera to deliver projects on target Qualifications Graduate of a post-secondary Interior Design program or equivalent  3-5 years working experience in the Interior Design Industry Previous experience working in an interior design library is an asset Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office 365 applications and InDesign is required Experience working in DesignSpec or similar specification software is beneficial Experience working with procurement is beneficial  Great verbal and written communication skills The successful candidate will have availability to work full time in our Toronto Studio location.  These are the minimum requirements for this position, with all other experience being advantages for the successful candidate.
