Excavator Operator - Earthworks

Kidco Construction is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator in our Earthworks Division for the 2026 season. Our Ideal Candidate: Possesses 3-5 years of experience operating excavators on civil earthworks projects Fine-grade finishing experience using GPS Can efficiently operate excavators ranging from 300 to 1250 in size Experienced with bulking and efficiently loading rock and haul trucks Experience in residential subdivision excavation is as asset  Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Works well in a team environment and is a team player Holds safety certifications (e.g., Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification) as an asset Has reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver’s license Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sundays and long weekends off (or available on a volunteer basis for those seeking extra hours).
