Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service. Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items according to brand standards. Operate POS cash system and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant. Follow food safety, health and safety, and brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with teammates during busy periods. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Required: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and punctual.

Assets (Not Required)

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays. Food Safety Certification.

Physical & Cognitive / Mental Requirements

Standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (accommodations available as requested). Working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks.
