The Digital Enterprise Strategy team works at the enterprise level, partnering with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to influence strategic decision-making, modernize digital capabilities, and support the delivery of reliable, client-focused services. Education : Successful completion of a college or university degree in Information Technology, system engineering, innovation management or another related field or an acceptable combination of education, technical training, and experience. Experiences : Experience providing senior-level strategic and technical leadership to guide the secure design, adoption, and governance of enterprise technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational security, privacy, and compliance requirements in support of enterprise or product-centric digital strategies; Experience developing, owning, and maintaining enterprise digital roadmaps for a specific technology domain (Identity and Access Management, Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security), translating long-term vision into executable initiatives, outcomes, and adoption plans; Experience providing strategic advice and direction to senior management on complex technology, platform, or enterprise architecture matters, including recommendations that inform decision-making and future-state vision; Experience collaborating across product lines, domains, and multidisciplinary teams to guide the design, integration, and adoption of solutions aligned with enterprise technology direction; Experience establishing, evolving, and promoting enterprise standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for a defined technology domain or application platform; Experience assessing emerging technologies, industry trends, and organizational impacts within a technology family to inform strategic direction, investment decisions, and long-term planning. Assets : Experience applying government or House of Commons IT policies, directives, and governance frameworks; Experience with secure enterprise on-premises, cloud or hybrid infrastructure strategies, and large-scale system integration; Experience incorporating cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance considerations into enterprise digital strategies.
