💼  Are you someone who enjoys transforming raw data into meaningful business insights while helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions?  We’re hiring a  Data & Reporting Analyst  to join a well-established, collaborative organization where data plays a critical role in supporting business operations, reporting, and decision-making across multiple departments.  This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across reporting, business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics. You’ll work closely with business users to understand reporting needs, build scalable reporting solutions, and help improve how data is leveraged across the organization.  💻 Who You Are  A detail-oriented data professional who enjoys solving business problems through data and analytics  Someone who can confidently work with both technical teams and business stakeholders  Experienced in building reports, dashboards, and BI solutions within Microsoft-based environments  A strong analytical thinker with a passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement  Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Someone who enjoys both independent work and cross-functional collaboration  A curious and adaptable individual who enjoys learning new technologies and tools  📍 Work Type   Location: North York, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days a week in office)  Vacancy Type: This role reflects an existing vacancy  Requirements 🎯 What You’ll Do  Meet with business users to gather reporting and data requirements  Build reports and dashboards using SSRS, SQL Server, and Excel  Develop and maintain cubes and dimensional data models using SSAS and MDX  Support and enhance SQL-based data warehouse environments  Assist end users with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting needs  Troubleshoot reporting, data, and integration issues as they arise  Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing  Create and maintain documentation related to reporting and data processes  Research and resolve technical issues using available resources and tools  Contribute to ongoing improvements across reporting, analytics, and BI processes  Stay current with evolving technologies, tools, and best practices within data and analytics  ⭐ What We’re Looking For  4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles  Strong experience working within Microsoft SQL Server environments (SQL 2017+)  Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS  Advanced T-SQL experience including DDL and DML queries  Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI solution development  Experience building dashboards and reports for business users  Knowledge of dimensional modeling and relational database design  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and VBA  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities  Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Nice to have:  Experience with Power BI or Jet Reports  Professional certifications related to Microsoft, BI, or Data Analytics are considered an asset  🔥 What Makes This Role Exciting  Impact: Your work will directly support business decision-making across multiple departments  Variety: Balance reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, and business collaboration in one role  Collaboration: Work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders across the organization  Stability: Join a well-established organization with long-term growth and stability  Benefits Base Salary:  $70,000 - $80,000  Paid Time Off: Competitive vacation and personal days  Health & Dental Benefits: Comprehensive coverage to support your overall well-being  📩 Ready to Turn Data into Meaningful Insights?
