Exercises a high degree of judgment, discretion, and autonomy while providing guidance on these topics.   Qualifications Required: Requires an LLB or JD and an L1 license in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience practising law. Professional Knowledge: The Law Society’s organizational structure, services, and mandate. The Rules of Professional Conduct, the Paralegal Rules of Conduct , the Law Society Act and its by-laws and the professional responsibility and practice management standards applicable to licensees. Ethical, professional responsibility, and practice management issues facing licensees. Call management and risk management. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt for audiences and venues Editing and proofreading and statutory interpretation. Adult learning development and evaluation best practices. French language skills are an asset. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite / 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Online information provision and learning technologies and environments are an asset.
