East team. About the Role We are looking for a Copilot & Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client needs into AI-driven solutions within our Professional Services practice. The ideal candidate has proven experience working in client-facing environments and is comfortable interacting with both business users and IT stakeholders. Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform is required for this role. Full-stack development experience is considered a strong asset. Location: Montreal, Quebec Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Mode:  Hybrid What you will do Develop agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and custom connectors.  Build functional agent workflows leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Flow, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services to automate business processes and enhance user productivity.  Design, develop, validate, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents, with a strong focus on:  Agent architecture and intent modeling  Multi-agent orchestration  Agent workflows and autonomous task execution  Understand and clearly explain to colleagues and clients the relationship between the various AI tools offered by Microsoft.  Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Work IQ for the development of AI agents.  Stay up to date with technological advancements, Microsoft’s AI and Power Platform roadmap, updates, and relevant emerging technologies.   What you will need 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, M365 Copilot, Power Apps Maker, Power Automate Builder, and Agent Flow  Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate  Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting  Design and development of Copilot Studio agents Trigger events and conversational flow design  Agent workflows and task orchestration  Generative responses grounded in enterprise content  Design and development of M365 productivity solutions using Power Platform tools  Use of adaptive cards and rich responses  Integration and validation of connectors to external sources outside of M365  Bilingual in French and English Ready to make a difference?
