Services are delivered in alignment with Ministry-funded Child and Youth Mental Health programs, while honouring Indigenous ways of knowing, healing, and wellness. This role focuses on case management, behaviour support programming, and child and family support, ensuring coordinated and integrated service delivery from intake to discharge. The Child & Youth Care Worker works collaboratively with children, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to promote the social, emotional, behavioural, and cultural well-being of children and youth. Key Responsibilities Provide direct, relationship-based support to children and youth Develop and implement behaviour support and skill-building programs Coordinate case management and integrated service planning Support families through engagement, education, and system navigation Complete assessments, care plans, progress documentation, and discharge summaries Collaborate with schools, community agencies, and Ministry-aligned services Qualifications Child & Youth Care (CYC) Diploma or equivalent education and experience Experience working with Indigenous children, youth, and families preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally safe, and strength-based practice Ability to work flexible hours Valid Class G Driver’s License and access to a vehicle Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain) Hours of Work: 32.5 weekly Please apply directly at https://www.dilico.com/careers/ As an Indigenous Agency Dilico gives preference to Indigenous people.
