About this role

Business Objects Consultant 1. Expert knowledge of Business Objects version 4 suite with at least 3 years development experience *       2. Strong analytical/problem solving abilities to analyze technical, complex systems requirements and implement optimized solutions to address client needs within defined system standards *         3. Detailed knowledge of data and its relationships so that appropriate database scans and customized reports can be generated for management *         4. Experience with detailed and complex business functions, processes and rules associated with supported applications within medium to large sized Corporations *         5. Business process analysis and requirements gathering experience *         6. Strong written and oral communication skills able to communicate effectively with staff with varying degrees of systems expertise in clarifying and addressing program/system requirements *         7. Business Objects solution and reporting design experience *         8. Experience with projects managed using Agile Methodology or Scrum Framework *         9. Experience with Oracle 10g and/or 11i *         10. High level of organizational skills, required to simultaneously work with multiple projects with tight timelines *         11. Strong commitment to client service *         12. Familiar with change management procedures for a large multi-team project *         13. Experience working with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office software
